At ImmatureAdult.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of hobby and collectible toys. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, which includes a pre-paid return shipping label for all returns. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order ID in the email. We will then provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that we only accept returns for items that are in original factory condition and in their original box. Items that have been fixed or glued without our authorization will not be accepted for return. Also, we will not accept any item back without its original box.
Damages or Defects
If there are any damages or defects to the items upon receipt, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. Customers can expect a refund to be initiated within 3 days after the products have arrived at our warehouse, minus a 15% restocking fee for returns that are not the result of our fault/error, such as change of mind or ordering the wrong item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping and Handling Fees
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error by shipping an incorrect item to you. In this case, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the item is returned back to our warehouse, a correct replacement unit will be shipped out, or a refund issued for the full amount of the order if the correct unit is unavailable. We must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within a week of delivery.
Please note that unclaimed, undeliverable, and refused delivery returns will be subject to cancellation and a refund less our original shipping cost.
